Our Services
Supervised Visitation & Exchange
Safe, neutral, and professionally monitored parent-child visits and exchanges in accordance with California Standard 5.20.
What We Provide
Restoration Bond Collective provides professional supervised visitation and exchange services for families navigating court-ordered or voluntary arrangements. Our services are designed to support safe, positive parent-child interactions in a structured, neutral environment.
We serve families across the Bay Area and Northern California, accepting court referrals, attorney referrals, and self-referrals. Our sliding-scale fee structure ensures that no family is turned away for financial reasons.
Professional Standards
California Standard 5.20 Compliance
Our supervised visitation and exchange specialists are bilingual, trained, certified, and qualified in accordance with California Standard 5.20 and the requirements applicable to professional supervised visitation providers. We follow structured, neutral practices designed to protect children and support safe parent-child interactions.
Safe & Neutral Practice
When appropriate, we use staggered arrival and departure times to help maintain safety between parents, particularly when restraining or protective orders are in place.
Our role is to remain neutral, follow applicable court orders and safety protocols, and document observations objectively.
At Restoration Bond Collective, we don't take sides. We don't advocate for one parent over another. We advocate for safe, child-centered processes.
The Process
How Sessions Work
Intake & Orientation
We begin with an intake process to review court orders, understand each family's circumstances, and orient all parties to our policies and procedures.
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. We use staggered arrivals and departures when safety considerations require it.
The Visit
A trained monitor is present throughout the visit, ensuring safety and documenting observations neutrally and objectively.
Documentation
After each session, we prepare written documentation of the visit. Reports can be provided to courts or attorneys as required.
Supervised Exchange
For families where direct contact between parents is not safe or appropriate, we also offer supervised exchange services — a neutral handoff of children between parents without requiring the parents to interact directly.
